Boy Dog

Let me introduce you to "Boy Dog" my cute, loving, one of a kind dog. He is my rescue dog. He showed up on our land about 6 months ago beaten and starved. It took me 3 days to get close to him to feed him and check out his wounds :(

Princess will miss him for sure

Today is a sad but joyous day he is 100% well and is going to his forever home this afternoon. I will miss him but he deserves to go to people who have more time for him. Once homeschooling starts here our time will be taken, his new family are grandparents and have a dog that is in need of a friend, boy dog is a perfect fit for them, the gentleman has already met him and it was love at first sight from both parties. His new Mummy came to get him after work <3 he got a new name Buddy!

  1. Buddy aka Boy Dog is doing well, on drive home (45 mins) he climbed on me as I drove! Then settled in the passenger seat while I rubbed his neck to calm him. As we approached home he seemed to notice country air, he sprang up waiting to get out. PollyAnna was waiting for my car as I drove in. She happily came up when I openned the door, then she saw him! He was timid to get out of the car. Finally we coaxed him out. Of course as I went into the house, PollyAnna runs ahead of me in. It took some time to get Buddy in. We fed them, but PollyAnna was not so sure about him eating!! Buddy finally ate then laid by the door. We let them both out, weather began to get bad, Buddy wanted back in. He slept in the house the first night. I awoke to check on him around midnight...he was cuddled up in Tim's recliner, watching TV. I knew he was home then. He now runs around the countryside w/ PollyAnna, I think Buddy will be great here.

    1. I am so glad he is happy. I knew he would have a wonderful home with you and your husband as soon as I met you both. Buddy is very blessed to have found such wonderful people to have as his forever owners :)
